Delivery
Please note that if you order more than one different item (e.g. t-shirt, cap, stickers) you may receive them in separate shipments.

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@guidedbylightart.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Orders

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@guidedbylightart.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@guidedbylightart.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@guidedbylightart.com!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@guidedbylightart.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled.
If that’s the case, please let us know at info@guidedbylightart.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printfuls part are covered at Printfuls expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printfuls facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once they have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the originating Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Printfuls Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Delivery, Returns and exchanges information For Stickers/Suncatchers, Hand Embroidery, Carry All pouch, Embroidered Cap (items I ship to you)

Please note that if you order more than one different item (e.g. t-shirt, cap, stickers) you may receive them in separate shipments as I only ship certain items myself, others will come direct from the manufacturer.

Typical processing times are 2-5 business days, but there may be delays after a shop update or during the holidays.

I am currently shipping from Sweden using their national post service called PostNord.
Shipping times may vary depending on your country’s postal system and other factors out of my control like customs declarations, Holidays and so on.

Estimated times:
- Sweden 1- 4 days
- Europe 1 - 2 weeks
- United States and Canada 3 - 4 weeks 
- Latin America 4 - 8 weeks
- Australia and Asia 4 -8 weeks

I offer the following shipping methods: 

1) Standard Mail (without tracking number), keeps the shipping costs lower. There is no tracking number for you to follow your parcel. If you choose Standard Mail (without tracking) as your shipping method please note I am not responsible for any lost mail but please message me and I will do my best assist you further. .

2) Tracked: I will send you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. If you choose Tracked as your shipping method please note I am not responsible for any lost mail but please message me and I will do my best assist you further.

3) Signed For Mail: This requires a signature or ID. And to some countries this service is also tracked and others not. If you have any questions please email me guidedbylightart@gmail.com. For those with tracking option available, a tracking number will be added so you can follow your shipment. Please note I am not responsible for any lost mail but please message me and I will do my best assist you further.

Custom Duty and VAT

Customers sometimes might be subject to pay Customs Duty or VAT fees when receiving a parcel. The amount you might have to pay depends entirely on your country's tax laws and the value of your order. The Buyer is responsible for any import taxes they might be subject to.

DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

As I have no control over how a package is handled after it is shipped, at this moment, I cannot offer full refunds for items damaged or lost in transit. 

If you bought Signed for shipping that had tracking and it says delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office.

If your item is damaged due to shipping errors please reach out to me at guidedbylightart@gmail.com with pictures and I will do my best to help you out. 

Returns, cancellations, Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns, cancellation or exchange once an order is placed.

Returns and cancellations are only eligible in the EU.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused,(unworn and with tags - if clothing), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at guidedbylightart@gmail.com. and we will send you information on where to return your items.

The shipping costs will be covered by you and you are fully responsible in case of any mail losses. After I receive the parcel and if everything looks great, I will issue a refund for you on the amount of the items you purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
